week 11, day 2 - 21 March

section 1 :
Prior, to the WW! Germany and France are a territorial war. They have no moral thing, but after the establishment of the ToV, they start having moral standards for the other. Germany is under stress/load from the ToV, everything that will happen on the next 20 years will be linked to what happen during the signing of the ToV.
Weimar Republic: baby republic, which was just getting started but was crashed because of global economic problems. They need to pay massive payment to France.
Saar – this area is taken from the Germany and was given to France and all other new countries that were starting to form. They created a new country around Germany to prevent them from taking any more territory and yet they still need to pay the huge reparation. Germany finally collapsed.
1920s - the Nazis party began to form. Hitler was just a corporal and only a foot soldier at that time. He wanted to become an artist and started to paint, he was failing miserably.  It began as a group of 20 people who was friends and went together to drink after work. But then, they began to grow slowly. They were a neo-army and they were pretending to be a real military by wearing brown uniforms.
He wrote a book while he was in prison called Mein Kampf. Then, they started to join the Reichstag (Parliament). They were eliminating any political parties especially the Communists. Hitler was improving Germany in many aspects; everybody has a job and was having a normal standard of living.
Maintaining a democratic country requires risk but it is the most balanced form of ideology. It was so delicate that the Fascism does not like that.

In 1935, Hitler proclaimed that he will not pay any more war damage and will be developing their country.
