Throughout our lessons, we acknowledge that teaching and lecturing with the traditional way – long periods of lectures - has their places as an outdated way even if they are used all around the world as a way of teaching, however this way of learning has been considered as an more inefficient way because students will not remember those materials lectured for the rest of their lives, but only to pass their examinations. And because of these reasons we have discovered a new teaching method, which will also achieve all the information and results in a more advanced and easier way, which is discussion in groups or known as study groups.

Using the method “Discussion in groups”, we can understand all of the topics more clearly. Through having interactive study groups, students are able to learn new things and materials. These study groups allow members of the team to learn in a way that are more suitable to them rather than the outdated way. This way of teaching allows the student to find information and allows the teacher to facilitate while the students are going to be the actual teachers communicating and discussing about the information they have researched to the other group members.

These groups of students also will be easily engaged through discussions, presentation slides and note taking that are happening during the class.

The grades taken by the facilitator are also done using the Bloom’s taxonomy. This conclude that grades are not based on a single paper test, but also the minor things that they are doing during class time which include slide presentation, teaching, discussing, doing projects and many more.
