KaiZen principal

First of all, I wanted to introduce what Kaizen is. What is Kaizen? Kaizen is a Japanese word that stands for “improvement” or “change for the best”. This focuses upon the continuous improvement process in manufacturing, engineering, and business management. Kaizen is a daily process, the purpose of which goes beyond simple productivity improvement.

Before having this History class, there were no teaching time/experience for the students to be a teacher and before this we did not try to take note fast. So actually, these changes really help us to be a better student, from being a student that haven’t try to being a teacher, now could experience being a teacher. This changes makes us to be a more responsible student because we will feel that we need to be responsible like a teacher explaining materials to the student (team members). Aside from teaching, we learn to type fast when we need to take notes. This also helps us to speed our speed at typing up.
