team goals and objectives

As a team, we need to have some goals and objectives as rules so that if there’s any misunderstandings or problems, we can look back at this and agree on something everyone’s comfortable with. Here are some of our goals and objectives :

·      If you have any ideas, let it out.

·      Be confident in whatever you do.

·      Keep in touch with other group members.

·      Be initiative with the amount of work you do.

·      Be initiative in asking your members for any help needed.

·      Always be helpful and help anyone who needs your help.

·      Work together as a team, no selfishness.

·      Everyone’s opinions and thoughts are included for projects and brainstorming.

·      No matter what, always communicate.
