team mission and vision

As a team, we may face some problems together; which is why, we create our missions and visions. If we have a conflict, we would take a look back at this, contemplate, and find a resolution that will be satisfying for all of the team members.

Vision Statement :

“By the end of this school year, Team 49ers will be one of the best teams there is in the Grade 8, 2013 by consistently doing our homework, research, projects, and all of the work that is needed to be done. Each and every member will participate in every single task.”

Mission Statement :

My team’s mission is to :

·      Do homework by COLLABORATING WITH EACH OTHER : talking to each other through social medias to get the maximum result because by doing that, we can discuss the homework which can help us get new ideas and understand the material more.

·      Work together as a team by HELPING ONE ANOTHER WHEN THEY’RE IN NEED OF HELP : if either of us needs help, we know that we can rely on each other because no matter what happens, we’re a team and team mates help each other get through hard times together so that there won’t be any long-term conflicts between one another to get the best result.

·      Be responsible by DOING YOUR ASSIGNED TASK : each of us has been given an equal amount of work and so we have the responsibility to do it because as a team, we trust each other so if you’re assigned to do a task, get the work done.
